Having become hooked on physical fitness as a means to feel energized, ease anxiety, and foster mental clarity amidst the stresses of daily life, Tara first found yoga as a vehicle to create more life balance and regain flexibility after completing her first marathon in 2011. 

Tara toyed with the idea of becoming a yoga instructor after leaving her career as an attorney for motherhood, and in January 2017, she completed her 200 hour RYT training through Yoga Core and More with intent to deepen her understanding of all facets of yoga.  Although originally having found yoga to enhance her physical health, she has come to embrace all aspects of yoga and continues to incorporate them into her life through study and meditation.  Tara hopes to share this experience with others by providing challenging, fun classes that inspire students to explore the endless benefits that yoga can bring to their lives and the community.
