Come explore the possibilities of a 60 or 75 minute vinyasa-based class that features teacher’s choice of sequencing. This class will challenge and excite you to try new postures and take some favorites even deeper. Modifications are offered throughout to make this class accessible to most students. This is a fast-paced class, however we encourage all levels to give it a try! Room temperature between 95 and 100 degrees.

Warm It Up
This all-level practice offers each student the opportunity to find more confidence, energy, and passion, both on and off the mat. The essence of this practice is Sun Salutations, which are fundamental to Vinyasa Flow. By doing this sequence of movements with synchronized breathing at the traditional times of sunrise or sunset, students may feel the ancient yogic tradition and spiritual significance of the Sun Salutations. Additional creative sequencing will follow, to ensure that each session is a thorough, balanced, and unique class. The room will be heated to a soothing 80-85F and set to fun and motivating music to inspire your practice.
Traditional Yoga Classes
Sweet Release Restorative and gentle. Sweet Release is intended for anyone who is looking for a gentle approach to yoga. You will experience deep stretching, strengthening and total mind/body relaxation. This is our slowest-paced class and is designed for both the new yoga student wishing to learn the basics and the experienced yogi wishing to stretch deeper.
Child Yoga Classes
Child Yoga Suitable for ages 6-12. Children in this class will discover skills that can grow with them, supplying their inner and outer world with peace. Our class begins with a preparatory breath and opening invocation, the rest of the class is spent doing yoga poses, including leg and arm balances, handstands, and shoulder stands. Children find this class to be a fun yet challenging way to be introduced to yoga and play. The class ends with deep relaxation (Shavasana).
Child Yoga Classes
Mom and Me’a Suitable for ages 2-5. Yoga allows the naturally curious and fun-seeking child of this age to learn to expand his or her imagination through the use of music, storytelling, movement and relaxation. Children in this class will discover skills that can grow with them, supplying their inner and outer world with peace. Our class begins with a preparatory breath and opening invocation, the rest of the class is spent singing songs and doing yoga poses for both the parent and child. This is a great time for Mom, Dad or a loved-one and the child to tune-in, de-stress and have great fun doing yoga play. Children find this class to be a magical, whimsical way to be introduced to yoga and play. The class ends with deep relaxation (Shavasana). Presence of an adult is not required, so after a few classes, if your little one is ready to fly solo, the adult can enjoy his or her own yoga play!
The class is a full body workout that concentrates on strengthening, lengthening and stretching the entire body. Each class combines a barre workout with intensity and power. Class format may change, offering different types of dance-inspired movement and challenge each class. Room may be lightly heated at times. Expect to sweat and feel the BURN.
