When the weather cools down, the best place to get warm is in our hot yoga room! And If you want to try hot yoga but are nervous to take that first class, try our Introduction to Hot Yoga class. In this 1 1/2 hour class, the instructor will walk you slowly through each pose that is performed in our most popular class, Some Like It Hot! It will be warm, but not quite as hot as usual. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and practice for the first time with students who also are new to hot yoga.
